Mrs. Treska Wilson-Smith

Mrs. Treska Wilson-Smith (audio coming soon)
Mrs. Wilson-Smith cares about contributing to her community. She has served as a Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Director, a Social Worker, and member of City Council of Petersburg for 12 years. She recently started African-American history tours of Petersburg, which are excellent.
About the photo: Mrs. Wilson-Smith sits on the steps at the entrance of Giles B. Cooke Elementary School, a place dear to her heart. Not having stepped foot in her old school in decades, Mrs. Wilson-Smith was like a kid in a candy store as she looked around her old stomping grounds, despite the visible blight due to poor maintenance from the city.
