About the photo: I stumbled upon Mr. Dingle at Longstreet’s Deli at the corner of Bank and Sycamore Streets. I was just driving by and saw his big pink hat and just had to speak with him. In my project’s next phase, I will include younger residents of Petersburg, and this is a first portrait towards that.
